Not only does it appear that Trudeau added a couple of "Jewish graves" as an afterthought, but he apparently doesn't even know how to draw a 6-sided Magen David!

Honestly, I can't get worked up about that. It looks to me like the 6th point is simply melded into the grave marker. Compared to the sorts of wretched artwork issues that one sees on the comic strips daily (see the Comics Curmudgeon website for some really great examples) this seems pretty minor. The stars look right at a glance unless one looks real closely at the panel.
I think that is how the military makes Jewish grave markers. As Joshua said, the bottom point is is part of the bottom portion of the marker.

Trudeau's looks more like a 5 pointed "sheriff" star (no verticals). Truthfully, that didn't bother me so much - it was the paucity of Jewish markers in a Nazi reference that I found rather irksome.
Re Comics Curmudgeon, I am a relative newcomer to his site only having subscribed to his feeds for the past month. A very witty guy, but he focuses too much on comics that I have zero interest in (Mary Worth, Apt 3G, etc) and so don't usually the running jokes.
